Rahanni means " Of One Heart" and is a gentle, yet highly effective therapy that heals very deeply at heart level. It may release negative energy and fears which accumulate from challenging experiences.
Rahanni balances the masculine and feminine energies and works on a very high vibration at a really deep level. Please do not under-estimate the power of Rahanni Healing. It works on the mental/emotional aspects of yourself as well as the physical.
You have to experience Rahanni in order to appreciate how powerful this healing can be.

Meditation Classes

Come and join us on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:am to 12am and 7pm to 8pm for a gentle meditation.
Will include guided meditation as well as breathing to meditate.
£5 per session.
First session FREE.
Light refreshments afterwards.
Holistic Retreat Breaks
Why not join us for a relaxing break at Angelis Holistic Retreat.
Whether it is for one day or more, we can create a break specific to your needs.
The day(s) can include therapies such as, Reiki, Rahanni, Crystal Healing, Meditation, Mindfulness or Transformative Meditation and Relaxation. With time out for you to relax in the beautiful surrounding countryside of Mid Wales.

1 Day break, including accommodation, breakfast, light lunch, refreshments, two therapies and meditation:
Low season* - Single room £131; Double 1 person £141 / 2 person sharing £226 (price for two people with two therapies each)
High season* - Single room £145; Double, 1 person £155 / 2 person sharing £240 (price for two people with two therapies each)
2 Day break, including accommodation, breakfast, light lunch, refreshments, four therapies over the two days and meditation, as above:
Low season* - Single room £266; Double, 1 person £282 / 2 person sharing £367 (price for two people with two therapies each day).
High season* Single room £190; Double room, 1 person £310 / 2 person sharing £395 (price for two people with two therapies each day)
3 Day break, including accommodation, breakfast, light lunch, refreshments, six therapies over the three days and meditation, as above:
Low season* - Single room £399; Double room, 1 person £ 423 / 2 person sharing £508 (price for two people with two therapies each day)
High season* - Single room £435; Double room 1 person £465 / 2 person sharing £550 (price for two people with two therapies each day)
* Low season - 2nd January to 30th April and September to October (excluding Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday weekends)
*High Season - All Bank Holidays- May through to end of August - November and December.
